Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that you, the customer, may cancel at any time, without penalty, using the links on the website. If you are able to sign up for the service yourself, then you are able to cancel the service yourself.

If you do not want to cancel yourself, but rather wish to email a request for it to be done for you, the written cancellation request needs to be made at least 48 hours before your renewal term will be processed. Any cancellation request made by email within 48 hours of your renewal term may not be acknowledged, and your renewed term may be processed.

Refund Policy

After subscribing for a plan, you, the customer will be emailed a “Subscription is expiring soon” email when there is 48 hours left on a subscription. If you have not turned off auto-renew, then your card will be charged for a renewal after the 48 hours has expired. You are not entitled to a refund of a renewal if you have failed to cancel.

After subscribing for a yearly plan, you will be emailed a “Subscription is expiring soon” email when there is 5 days left on a subscription. If you have not turned off auto-renew, then your card will be charged for a renewal after the 5 days has expired. You are not entitled to a refund of a renewal if you have failed to cancel.
